A Lil Bout My Historic Photo

I chose the photo of athletes because it made me think of winning a success which I strive for. The photo displays a team of soccer players from the late 40’s. This photo captures the happiness and the success of the racers. I enjoy sports and I went with this photo because it looked like it would be fun to place myself in their shoes. When making my historic photo, I had different challenges. My biggest challenge was being able to match the fadedness of my own photo to the original photo. I was fairly successful by making my own photo black and white, and adding some noise. My era of the photo was around the late 40’s. It was a photo related to a team of athletics winning a soccer game.

The statement "You cannot use anything you don't make yourself" is semi false. There are ways you can use other peoples' work when creating a project or presentation. When you have permission from the author or creator of the material you want to use, then you may use their work as long as it is cited. You may also use other parts of peoples work when you are not using it for your own use, or if you are using it for a school/ project. Copyright is a serious matter that may land you in serious trouble if the rules of copyright are broken, but with the right knowledge of copyright, you shouldn't have much to worry about.

Capstone...What It Really Is

For my capstone, I decided that I would like to create a support group for various common and not so common illnesses. My target group of people are teens who are diagnosed with both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. I would like teens who are struggling with the new change in their lifestyle be successful through their changes.
